CrossFit Allegiance is 6,500 square feet of awesomeness and filled with top of the line new Muscle Driver equipment. Our training program offers balance of anaerobic cardio, Power Lifts, Olympic lifts and gymnastics. We practice proper skill and technique with safety first. Each class is in a small group setting with a certified CrossFit Trainer. Our classes run for 1 hour to include a warm-up, strength/skill, WOD (workout of the day) and stretch. Our programming is designed to be efficient with measureable results increasing your Stamina, Endurance, Speed, Strength, Power, Agility, Balance, Coordination, Flexibility and Accuracy.

Our programming is for every level athlete and can be scaled for each individuals goals. CFA will cater to and benefit your everyday life as well as allow the top competitive athletes to maximize their true ability.
